Glad you all are doing a live thread. I don't have the TV tonight, so any info will be appreciated!

I usually live in the past, so to come from the future is interesting...:)
My sister told me about lucianne.com. I spend alot of time reading posts there, however am still waiting to get a membership.
So anyway, I jumped in here head first. I have alot of opinions, and glad I found a place to express them among friends!

Clark is against ALL embargoes. That means NK too.

Clark is trying to break out of the crowd by wearing a hip black turtle neck instead of a button-down.

there's no obvious front runner.

Agree, but I still can't imagine any comparable set of Republican hopefuls receiving this much airtime, much less in prime time. I mean, how many debates do they really need to state their positions? What are we up to now--a dozen???

Kerry is now pandering to the anti-NRA crowd (the whole room). Name a lefty issue, it has been pandered to.

Big applause lines - "Halliburton sweetheart deal. Bush lied."

Oh GROSS! Clark in a turtle neck. The guy looks like a turtle already the way his head sort of sticks out from his shoulders. Ewwww....glad I'm not watching. LOL!

These activists could care less about their own people they claim to love are dying and the kids are doomed by a 70% illegitamacy rate.

Why? Because they are 'educated' and are leaving that scene behind.

Kucinich - repeal Bush tax cuts and fund universal pre-kindergarten. Cut Pentagon budget by 15% and fund universal free public college. Save billions of dollars! (Until the terrorists strike us and we have to spend billions repairing the damage but our well-educated pre-kindergartners should be able to get us on the right track, I guess)

I thought the activist who gloated, "I HAVE AN MBA from WHARTON" sums up the campus elitist activists perfectly.

Dean started rolling up his sleeves in the 70's, so they didn't get soaked with stale beer at the bar.

For anyone who thinks CNN is making a good-faith effort to move to the center, check out the web site of Rock the Vote, which is co-sponsoring the debate with CNN: www.rockthevote.com

It is a blatantly left-wing oriented political operation. The site in turns provides links to a wide variety of left wing operations, such as NOW, moveon.org, etc.
