Clark's biggest problem is that he is boring and doesn't have a personality attractive enough to be a viable Presidential candidate. He PR handlers have their work cut out for them, if they want to make Clark marketable.
And I also find it hard to believe that Clark is as ineloquent as he is, being a former Rhodes Scholar and seeing the impeccable credentials the man has earned in his life already.
