Check out post#201. It said Jeb Bush's attorney's have said that Felo's lawsuit was null because he filed it in the wrong county.

Jeb's attorney said basically, that they can't drive all around the State answering every lawsuit that comes up and furthermore, Jeb Bush wasn't properly served with a Summons. Once served with a Summons, the defendant has twenty days to file a Response. A MOTION TO DISMISS may not happen but now Schiavo v. Jeb will be tied up in Court.
That "trashy" (felos speak) Governor of ours, HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING.
