Terri and MS lived and were married in PA if I'm not mistaken.
What year did they move to FL?
Is it possible this "alleged" 3rd child had anything to do with the move to FL?

Michael and Terri moved to Florida in 1986, living in a St. Petersburg Beach condominium owned by Terri's parents.

I think they lived in hudington, outside of Pittsburgh. I don't remember the correct spelling. If you do a google search you will find numerous links to articles that mention the town by name.
