Yes Sandy, I caught that brief mention, they did not discuss that much, and that was the first time I heard anyone mention that Laci had cought Snott cheating early in their relationship by anyone, including family. If this was indeed true, don't you think the Rochas would have known/said something about that??

Where did they get that story of Scott with another woman? Why didn't Laci's family know about it? Could sweet little Laci have been hiding Scott's repeated infidelities so that her friends who knew her as a strong woman wouldn't think of her as weak? Why would she stay, though, and try for 2 years to have his baby? That doesn't make sense to me. Too many young women go into marriage and realize there has to be MORE to make it work. What they don't realize that children are not IT nor an insurance policy for them, it ends up as a trap and an insurance policy for their husband to behave however they want. ...JMO, in general, may not be specific to Laci.

It's strange, but sometimes the cheatingest husbands are the ones who are most against their wives leaving them and/or divorcing them. I don't know why, but that happens a lot.

I believe that's correct, too, Anse. I kind of think Laci was what Scott wanted in the home and for a wife, (the lovely, domestic, caring, probably a wonderful hostess, good dresser, a real plus to his career, etc.), but he liked his bedroom women kind of "trashy". JMO

This all seems to be true ...anyone have any answers or ideas as to why?

Well, I did understand tonight from Claudia's report tonight, that the detective that Amber "employed" got back to her within "days". "Days" suggest before Christmas, because she hired that detective on December 11. What I don't understand, if it really was the "marriage thing" with Amber, why did she keep talking/taping him. That smacks of 'she had a plan' to me.

I am trying to remember, but wasn't there info out there about Amber blackmailing or being nasty to one of the wives of another married man she had a "romantic relationship" with???

I don't know, ftriggerf. Maybe he was the Bill Clinton type? Surely, Laci would never have agreed to a "marriage of convenience" like the Clintons had!

What I really want to know is, "Did Amber call the SP home on the 23rd?" The prosecution and defense both know the answer to that question, but I doubt the public ever will. Not unless the defense wants to ask Amber that question. Of course, that would come only if and when they put her on the stand. JMO

Yeah, I think one of the tabloids carried the story. It was a woman named Michelle Hart, I think, but I never saw the tabloid. Believe someone a long time ago might have posted the article on FR, though.
