It is beyond outrageous
To: Kaslin
Kopf replied by voicing his concern that he could find no record that any doctor who performs abortions in the second and third trimester testified before Congress on late-term abortions. So what?

The judge also said he was concerned that the ban makes no exception for doctors to consider the mother's health. What does that have to do with the Constitution?

I always thought you had to have a hearing before issuing an injunction.
But what do I know? I'm just an attorney.

exception for preserserving the health of the woman seeking the abortion.The reason there's no "health" exception (as opposed to the "save the life of" exception) is that the word "health", as defined in law, includes mental health. So any mother saying "I'd feel awfully depressed if I didn't have this abortion" would qualify for the abortion under any health exception. And that means a law that's been totally gutted.
To: Kaslin
"If the act takes effect, physicians across the country will risk imprisonment for providing abortion care Let's make it First Degree murder, punishable by the death penalty. It would be ironic to do so, no?
Then let's see who/how many protest the death penalty of the abortionist while still advocating keeping the partial birth murder procedure itself legal.

There is never any legitimate medical or health reason to partially deliver a child and kill it seconds before complete birth. Never.
NEVER. It is a specious argument - pure spin invented by evil people who celebrate every method used to murder children before birth. It is a legal loophole that still allows murder without the legal consequence.
This judge's judicial activist argument lacks any merit. He should be disbarred, tarred, and feathered.

But utterly predictable. The abortion industry is determined, at all costs, to prevent any roll-back in their right to kill babies.
I am not surprised at all.

"It seems to me the law is highly suspect, if not a per se violation of the Constitution," Kopf said. Denying one's right to life denies all their other Constitutional rights. Roe V. Wade was the clear violation of the Constitution here.

I would still like to know how killing the baby protects the health of the mother.

Why are there never any judges to issue injunctions against liberal laws? Was there ever an injunction when this bill was passed? We have got to wake up.

NOTE TO SELF: Add U.S. District Judge Richard Kopf to the list of members of Murder, Inc.

I would still like to know how killing the baby protects the health of the mother. Yes -- I've not heard of any cases where a C-Section could not extract a baby. They deliver babies this way when they are 5 and 6 months old and the baby ends up fine and so does the mother.

Because conservative judges properly interpret the Constitution, and know that it isn't right to make law from the bench by fiat.

U.S. District Judge Richard Kopf Hereafter known as U.S. District Judge Dick Head
Richard = Dick
Kopf = German for head

Well, that and they have delivered the baby to perform this procedure anyway. How does killing the baby at that time help the mothers health?

How does killing the baby at that time help the mothers health? Maybe her Islamic father doesn't stone her to death for sake of his honor?
