Impeach. Violation of his oath of office.

We need Judges in those offices, not tyrants. Judges in the U.S. of A. under the Constitution may not legislate.

This is outragious

Yes it is, but it leaves no doubt as to who governs this country today.

Impeach. Violation of his oath of office.

I have been hearing this cry since Earl Warren was the subject of many highway signs, hasn't happened yet, and my bet is that it won't in the near future.

And that is the purpose of trying to include a provision for the "health" of the mother. The whole drive is to devalue human life to the point that they can murder inconvenient or "undesireable" humans without fear of prosecution.

Abortion doctors have murdered more black children than every member of the KKK in the world combined.

Here we go. This case should end up with the Supremes fast. The baby killers are going to fight to the last breath.

U.S. District Judge Richard Kopf (search) issued a temporary restraining order citing concerns that the law did not contain an exception for preserserving the health of the woman seeking the abortion.

Umm, it's not his place to determine what the law SHOULD contain. Congress has every right to make this law.

I sat at my desk and prayed that God would answer the prayers of his people and protect the innocent unborn of this country from this heinous procedure. I can't imagine anyone who could be in favor of this, except politicians without souls, like our "Catholic" governor in Michigan. They are corrupted by money from radical feminist groups like Emily's list. Then there are those who ignore this issue altogether because it doesn't seem to concern them. My sister-in-law has never even heard of PBA, but she knows when everything is on sale at Sacks Fifth Ave.

Since the pro-abortion baby murderers found their friendly Judge in NE to sign a stay on the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Bill taking effect, it is time to action. Dont' take it anymore -- Call talk radio and write your media NOW to protest. You can find the information you need for your area by visiting Bush-Cheney '04 at:

My dad used to tell me something that I hope this judge will take to heart, "Don't go away mad, just go away."

If killing children comes from some vague right to privacy, then so does banning the killings.

Regarding this partial birth abortion ban, the people who really puzzle me in this whole matter are the "mothers". Today we have very effective and efficient birth control methods. So why do women not use them and avoid pregnancy and why would they let a pregnancy advance to the point where they would have their babies murdered? I really do not understand this. Who are these women?

What does that have to do with the Constitution? </>

Article XXVIII: When nothing within this document seems to fit your case, even when stretched as far as you can go, it is the duty of every judge to make something up out of whole cloth.

They've received due process- abortion is legal, in many states by statute.

If you think due process amounts to more than that, you've bought wholesale into substantive due process, where most of the extra-constitutional 14th Amendment jurisprudence comes from.

At which point the PBA will be struck down, my guess is 6-3.

And wouldn't we be proud then?
