Hey michigander, no it isn't the box at Mecca has a tapestry like band that goes around it. The box in the photo has writing on it and it appear to be english. Also, note that there is a sprawling city skyline underneath the box.

It just the stupid mecca box - it has gold embroidery on it and those are people walking around it.

I think the wheel thingy in the picture has something to do with this little explanation I found in a Google search:"
