Not exactly. They're both created/enabled by the Marxist "Transnational Progressives", the latest metamorphis of Communism. Heck, even before 1963 the Communists already knew that the world could be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow, and eventually decided Moscow was too expensive in the short-term and are going with just the U.N. now. They'll take Moscow back when it serves their purpose to again. In the meantime, it isn't too hard to figure out who's a tool and who isn't.

The Democrat Party of the 21st century and the Islamists are just two different tools used to advance the same overall manifesto.
