Intriguing. Likely, the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii are the three parts. Osama is going to claim credit for the Pacific Ocean and the Canadian State.

I took that three parts differently. I saw an implied threat against some of our bridges. Take out a few bridges along the Mississipi River (like in St. Louis and Memphis) and you cripple transcontinental trucking and rail. Take out some bridges and tunnels and you break the country up further.
