Lockyer is PO'd because the dims wouldn't let him get on the ballot for Governor, a position for which he was salivating - because in 'no uncertain terms' according to McAuliffe and Pelosi, they were going to 'stick by the person who was rightfully elected and will put no one else on the ballot.' Pause. Grayout looks dismal. Enter Bustamante. End of story.
