-amazing, what elite world are they inhabiting? Real, flag waving Americans want our sovereignty, want our independence, want the U.S. Constitution interpreted; we do not want foreign legal cases applied to our court decisions.... What was she thinking???

"...we do not want foreign legal cases applied to our court decisions..."When justices like Ginzburg and O'Connor rely on foreign law and their own personal social agendas to decide legal matters before the court, they are in direct violation of their sworn oath of office, which requires them to uphold the US Constitution, not the laws of foreign countries and not their individual philosophies.
Neither of them is stupid. They both know this. But such is the nature of human corruption that if they know they can get away with this violation, they will go right ahead and do it. And they do.
