I believe so in an actual filibuster but they have apparently set some rules, 30 hours and I'm guessing that it has to be about the judges and not frivilous garbage. Of course, if we're talking about Dems talking, we're into frivilous garbage anyways.

I am guessing it is because, even if they have a filifuster, it doesn't mean the Dems will break ranks and change their vote

This afternoon I heard Reid and Dorgan say they want to talk about the 160+ judges that have been passed rather than the 4 or 6(their numbers) that are being held up.
