How is it that such justices do not understand that when they rely on extra-constitutional authority, they are arrogating to themselves power not granted to them in the Constitution ... How is it that anyone could ever have been convinced that a piece of paper could ever stop anyone form doing anything, or to suppose that a piece of paper was a guarantee of anything. It is the fundamental mistake of American political theory.

Sounds like we need a New US Constitutional SUPREME SUPREME Court of 3 to watch above the Supreme court of 7 or American citizen will be turned into Canadian style subjects or Mexican peasants.

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other"
John Adams
"Neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and the happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt"

I called, his phone is on a machine. Hopefully, he will return the call soon. My son called, too, they are old friends. Maybe he is avoiding talking about it? Who knows? Will post if I hear anything from him.
