Where did Al Bore get this (undeserved) reputation as an "intellectual", whose views on ANYTHING are worth hearing?

I am just baffled- howe many academic programs do you have to flunk out of to be a Democrat intellectual?

Human nature explains this. It's human nature to believe that someone who agrees with you is quite smart and intellectual.

The liberal media thinks "Gore agrees with us about almost everything. Therefore, he must be smart."
