This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof, and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land, and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary Notwithstanding.

You really think there is something in the Alabama Constitution or laws that contradicts the U.S. Constitution or the laws of the U.S.?

I apologize-I thought your extensive citation of the Alabama Constitution was intended to support the argument that it gave Moore the right to put the Ten Commandments in the rotunda of the State Supreme Court.

Now I see that we agree that it gave him no such right and neither does the federal Constitution; I'm glad to see you are on my side
