Compliance is a good thing, when the orders are lawful.

But that is not the case here. Activist liberal judges have finally gone too far. They have become lawless.

Can you name the law that Judge Moore broke?

I did read Judge Myron Thompson's ruling. I don't know that Moore is said to have broken any law per se. A federal case was brought resulting in an order issued to remove the stone.

If you ask by what law can such an order be issued, I can only say by precedence. The Supreme Court has interpreted the 14th amendment as incorporating the establishment clause of the 1st amendment.

I think it is dead wrong, but the federal court's legal authority to force compliance has not been challenged. To do so is akin to a revolution. One who does so must abide by the consequences. It would end Pryor's career. I would rather see him confirmed to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
