That's where I was. The PatriotAct might have been necessary for immediate steps after 911, but an awful lot of what's in it shouldn't be permanent. We'd be in tough shape if the wrong group came to power and misused it.
Some of the other points about how 911 could've been prevented if checks in place were being utilized are the kind of thing that would be good to know more about.
But then, he rambles. He kind of loses his good points when he goes on for too long and mixes the scare stuff with the real concerns.
