You can have naked pics your own self just by having your head pasted on a naked body, or by having faceless pics presented as you, as is apparently the case here.

Please read the article that I linked above. It says that they can and have identified the pix as being Jessica.

One other thing -- if these photos were not of Jessica, don't you think that her lawyer and publicist would be shouting from the rooftops that they were fake? They haven't denied anything!
