Any chance Greer can be removed? Petty technicalities have set even dangerous criminals free.

IF this technicality is true, then it would appear that Judge Greer is NOT a judge, and therefore wouldn't need to be removed - basically all of his rulings would be invalid. When I first read this, I just thought there was no way this could be true, as it would have been discovered by now. But who knows? That is why we need someone who knows how to check on this to see if it really is true. Any lawyers out there have an opinion on this? Or preferably a Florida lawyer who would be able to check on it?
