You know... since the 14th Amendment only applies to persons in the jurisdiction of the U.S.
We could enact a retroactive law banning foreign money in U.S. elections. Those on foreign soil are not guaranteed free speech in U.S. elections.

contributions, even blatant quid pro quo, are acceptable.....
as long as the recipient is a democrat.

Those on foreign soil are not guaranteed free speech in U.S. elections. The SCOTUS is about to hear the Gitmo detainees. Probably grant them retroactive citizenship to 9/10/2001.
