Wearing a T-shirt and shorts, Robert Durst is photographed under arrest in Galveston Oct. 9, 2001.

GALVESTON, Texas - Of the more than 700 pieces of evidence introduced in the 10-week Robert Durst murder trial, only one thing really mattered to the jury - a timeline they made themselves.

The verdict in this trial was shocking. I'm disgusted. The jurors are out of their minds.

Hey did anyone hear Howard Stern yesterday, where he got one of the jurors on the phone? A friend told me he heard it, and Howard asked her "Why did you let him go?" and she said "Dey couldnt finds da heeeyd.. Where do da hed be ats? Deeere wuz no heyyd." Hmmm...So everyone, just remember if you want to wack your neighbor, make sure you lose the head.

Where did this know-nothing think the head should be? In the courtroom? As evidence?

The brain dead Galveston jurors' unmitigated contempt for justice is appalling. Durst killed at least three people. He tried to kill his own brother and may have tried to kill others.

No question this depraved maniac will kill again. His family has already sought police protection.

To call the Durst jurors "stupid" is a compliment. These ninnies actually believed outlandish, fairy tales from the defense.

Durst is a depraved degenerate totally without conscience. He is so depraved he brutally dismembered his victim’s body and tossed it away like so much garbage.

Durst's wife’s body has never been found leading reasonable people to draw similar conclusions about his role in her demise and the body's whereabouts.

I would have liked to hear the judge's charges to the jury before deliberations. That musta been a laugh.

And here we all thought the OJ jury was the dumbest. The Galveston jurors will go down in history as the biggest dumb bells ever to sit on a jury.

He's a calulating criminal mastermind. Wearing a wig and disguising himself as a woman evidences a depraved degenerate mind at work.

I heard on another show something similar (Abrams?). Reportedly one of the jurors felt that since Durst took off with the head and would not reveal the location of the head to prove his case, she could not convict him "because the victim's head remained missing."

Another OJ jury. There really should be some lower limit to ones IQ to qualify for jury duty. Now a possible serial killer is on the loose.

I can just see Geragos pulling the Durst Defense: "My client was only defending himself. Then he panicked and feared no one would believe him and he cut her up. Since there is no head, how can you convict?"

The verdict in this trial was shocking. I'm disgusted. The jurors are out of their minds.

Minds? What minds? Where were these people educated?

Oh yeah, almost forgot. They were probably educated in public schools rife with the liberal PP and NEA morally-neutral agenda. To a liberal's small, inferior, insular mind, religious-based morality is seen as a threat.

Today, we bear witness to the frightening consequences of liberals’ non-judgemental mentality

The Galveston Jury.

It may have been an accident. I have had the throttle stick on my chainsaw right after my gun accidentally discharged before. Luckily there weren't any people standing around at the time and I wasn't near a body of water to accidentally throw the dismembered body into. I can see how these dust mites could return a "Not Guilty" verdict.</reality>

Good post. Incisive, thought provoking, effective and correct. You nail the point without cliches while exibiting a strong command of the English language, all the while employing perfect spelling and grammar.

BTW I'm not very interested in this topic, but I'm practicing to become a professional post critic and yours caught my eye.

ROTFLMCO. Good stuff.

Where'd you get it? From the minutes of the Galveston Jury deliberations? LOL.

OBTW, the Houston Chronicle's (TX Dem party PR outlet) political writer was in a tizzy yesterday defending the jury. About as fired up as he was when he was chastising the TX GOP against redistricting...

Dust mites can't write. It is from the recordings of the jury foreman foreperson, presenting the argument that, "Durst was not guilty because there was no hay ed".

See my post #9. Applies as well to all of the liberal media.

(Did I say liberal media? That's a redundancy. LOL)

Dan Abrams's comment about the Durst jurors: "They left their common sense at the door."

Perhaps they are hoping for a reward?

You mentioned public schools -- this is off the topice but a high school student in Montgromery county, Maryland received 2 As, one in a tough honors-level geometry course. The parents protested, fearing a truant officer would come after her. Seems their daughter never attended class, was never even enrolled in the school (they put her in a Catholic school). Only the physics teacher noticed that she had not been to class and gave her a NC. So far the school has not come up with an explanation.

I miss stuff like that because I can't bring myself to watch Howard Stern. Anytime I have happened across his show it's about spanking lesbians. The man is obsessed.
