If that's all the hard evidence prosecutors have, even though Peterson may be guilty as sin it's doubtful he'll be convicted, it's not enough.
It looks like they're basing most of their case on circumstantial evidence like Peterson's affairs, but there will be a juror or two who will refuse to give someone the death penalty with only that to go by. My prediction: hung jury or possible conviction of manslaughter only.
