If some pissant Justice of the Peace had defied an order of Judge Moore's, the Judge would have had his butt in jail for contempt as quickly as he could get ahold of him. He would further, rightly, have tried to have him disbarred.

The courts have been very lenient with Moore because he is an obvious lunatic.

If he was a lunatic than so were all of the God fearing framers of the Constitution. A little anti-religious bias here I think?
