The court was right to remove him

He wilfully, publicly, and persistently defied the law and the rulings of courts with superior jurisdiction

Judges represent the law and cannot be allowed to defy it

This is a nation of laws, not of men.

I agree with both Moore and I agree with his removal.

He has the right to speak up and not hide his faith but in doing so, he defied law.

As Christians, we are told the ride will not always be a fun one and we wont always be in the majority. Eventually, we will be a small minority and will have to stand up for our faith in ways that could harm us and cause discomfort...

The time will come when we will find out who has the convictions and those who would put God up for sale for their own safety and comfort.

Many NAZI's were following the law of their land too! I wonder what it takes now days for someone to stand up for what is right? If we go down the path of you follow the law no matter what we are no better than previous regimes...

Absoutely correct. Remember the DIMRATS are the ones who violate the laws. We need to have the laws changed so that the monument can be kept in place where it was.

He defied judicial fiat. He broke no state or federal law. There is a difference.

Sure glad they didn't feel that way just before the American Revolution.

That's right - and Justice Moore was trying to obey the Highest Law.

SO they say we are a nation of laws--not of men.IF true
WHY then is the Federal court allowed to violate the
clean and unambiguous language of the Constitution at will?
Why bother with a written Constitution if the unjust judges
can make up their own with impunity?Seems if they can do that then I can interpret th elast verse of the Book of Judges :"In those days there was NO law in America and
everyone did what was right in their own eyes."The Honorable
Roy Moore is right these tyrants of the judicial olygarchy
have sacraficed an innocent man

If the federal courts don't follow the vaunted rule of law embodied in the constitution why should moore be sanctioned for keeping the constitution? The problem is the government as embodied in these justices does'nt have as it's grounding that the constitution can be understood by any but learned jurists despite the simple language in which it was written. The people are outcasts as far as understanding the constitution. We're to dumb.
