The only problem I had in doing this state was knowing where to stop. There is SO much to cover and impossible to do in one presentation. Also, as I do with all the states, I tried to stay positive and concentrate on what is beautiful and good and interesting.
I love our old Missions. I have seen many of them, but my husband and I would like to some day start out in San Diego and follow the route along El Camino Real, stopping at each mission and learning more about the history behind each one. We could make a nice week long vacation out of it.....some day, I hope.
