I've read that Connor had some type of "debris" tape around his neck, not duct tape.
Geragos is claiming, or seems to be trying to claim, that Connor was born before Laci was killed

Don't get hung up on the tape on Connor. Most reports state that it was likely debris. The duct tape tighlty affixed to Laci's crotch area however, was NOT debris!
Mitchell, Maldonado, et al., all saw her in the black and white also. The testimony of the clothes rep has totally debunked the faded out black pants theory and has discredited the "eyewitnesses"...further.
