My sister the angry commie doesn't want such conservative judges, she wants "moderate" ones. What the demoncrats call moderate is someone who is pro abortion, pro RX drugs, pro high taxes, pro nanny state, pro welfare, pro gov. regulation in every thing we do... etc. That is what she calls moderate. I told her I am way far to the RIGHT of the Republican party.

I was pleased that Bush signed after our Republican leaders passed the bill that ends late term abortion.

I was pleased that the Republican leaders held this filibuster, whether it ends with the nominees being voted on or not. I was pleased that they showed some cajones for a change.

I wonder how much more we could get done if we had not been attacked on 9/11 and then had to fight terrorism since then. (If Clinton had done HIS job and Bush didn't always have to clean up Clinton's messes!)

I don't care what a judge's politics are, as long as he follows the Constitution first and the law second. And refuses to legislate from the courtroom.
