I fear that we have not seen the end of deaths that can be attributed to the Clinton administration's incompetence.
Are you thinking about the transfer to China of missile guidance technology that Clinton made happen? That state-of-the-art technology that only the U.S. had that can stabilize and guide an ICBM with pinpoint accuracy more than half way 'round the world and would have taken China another twenty years to develop?
Or ...
... are you thinking of the multiple warhead technology he gave them? The technology that can put 8 (or is it 16?) individual nuclear warheads on one ICBM missile and then guide each one of them, with precision, to seperate targets as widely dispersed as half the North American continent, after the missile reaches the stratosphere beyond any possible missile defense system?
Or did you have something else in mind?
