That's amusing, since virtually every place else makes people go outside and stand around looking like criminals, lol. Looks like this particular hospital, the one where Ms. Campos worked, made them go outside to the back fence. I guess we'll find out later if she's really a nurse.

And btw, I also find it odd that if she saw this conflict, this pregnant woman being cussed at by these two "dirty men", that she didn't at least alert security. But I guess we'll find out later if Ms. Campos really saw what they said she saw. And if she saw it at 10:45, it wasn't Laci walking McKenzie. (Maybe Geragos will say that even though McKenzie was back at the house at 10:18, Laci picked up some other dog and was walking it, see...)

Yes, the sister was brought to the house specifically to locate the clothing Laci wore to the hair salon. NOW, we know she didn't find it.

Yes, Scott bought a 2 day fishing license --- an odd thing to do considering he told several people he planned to play golf.

I wonder if they'll check to see if he was clever enough to have reserved a tee-off time at the club?

(cough, cough, cough) I don't smoke anymore (tried it, inhaled, liked it, quit when I got pregnant), however I would guess that about 75% of the nurses that I know started smoking *during* nursing school.

Oh, the stress and the pressure!

I used to take my mother to the hospital for blood tests once a week, and I often saw nurses in the smoking pavilion. This was about 3 years ago, and I was surprised to see so many still smoked.

LOL, YOU'RE a big help to my theory! Okay, so Nurse Campos was out there hacking her lungs out. (Hey, smokers, don't come and get me, I've been known to take a puff myself.)

Also, imagine what Amy must have felt when she surely found any black maternity pants and white longsleeved shirt Laci owned right there in the house.

I don't think that Laci had been in the park for quite some time. The reason being is that there were several tracking/trailing dogs there the first day when her scent would have been fresh.

Evidently these dogs can track a live scent even up to and older than one week old. From what I understand, NONE of the dogs picked up her scent at the park. Hence, she hadn't been to the park in over a week, at least. (JMO)

BUT! Per rumors we're hearing, the dog DID hit on her scent at the boat ramp on the 26th or 27th of December (can't remember the exact date)

A subhearing on mitchondrial DNA testing has been woven into the larger preliminary hearing since it began Oct. 29. The Peterson proceeding is breaking new ground because mitochondrial DNA analysis has never before been used for forensic evidence in California courts.

I found this statement interesting.

Yeah, and I think they were out there in that park searching with at least SOME dogs, within a day or so. Nice fresh scent--if there WERE any scent.

Just another reason why Geragos is so hysterical about their trying to present the dog evidence!

MSNBC- Dan Abrams reports:

Scott asks the judge to be released from court today. Stated that he chooses not to hear autopsy/testimony.
