Arnold is really a lot bigger than he tends to look in well-tailored clothes. He actually weighed in at 223 pounds and 8% bodyfat for T3. That is truly massive, and remarkable for a 56 year old guy.

I don't have a problem with obtaining 223 pounds, but I doubt if I'll ever see 8% BF. That's lean, but he was even leaner in his bodybuilding days.
