".....show up at Dover to watch the bo(id)es come home, accompaneied by 500 photographers and news cameras, who will slip past the normal rule because they will be covering her, not the arrival of the bodies."

Re-read this sentence, process the words and images, and see whether a heart-warming alternate scenario or a brilliant compromise come to mind......

""She was really here? Thank God. I thought, in my delirium, that Satan had come to claim me.""

Don't look now, soldier, but she did....

I am sure everyone remembers this.

Two weeks ago Brill went public with bombshell allegations that Mrs. Clinton sought him out and claimed to have personally met with 9/11 families while he was writing his just-released book, "After: How American Confronted the September 12 Era." But when the author talked to the families themselves he found that Hillary's story didn't check out.

"None of it turned out to be true," he told WABC Radio's Steve Malzberg.

Clinton's office went into overdrive, Brill said, in an effort to concoct "an elaborate story, with an elaborate subtext of memos and phone calls - a long, long story. ... They gave me documents and phone calls and things like that."

But the 9/11 meetings described in documents provided by Clinton "just plain never happened," he contends. Brill said he spent two weeks checking out the top Democrat's claims before determining they weren't true.

She's done it before, she's doing it now, she'll do it in the future.

Waddling in? That's funny. LOL!

Hey, I think she'll be up in her hotel room sticking pins in all the doll-candidates, drinking an elixir of sorts, chanting and mumbling until someone knocks on the door:

"KNOCK KNOCK!"
"Who cometh hence?"
"'Tis but us, Oh Queen, seeking audience to deliver a mandate."
"Very well. Cometh in...and don't forget to genuflect."
"(scrape, scrape, grovel...)
Oh Queen, Your rapturous. We arriveth at deadlock and needeth your wisdom."
"Spelleth it out, losers. What is the mandate (As if I didn't already know)?
"We think you already know!"
"Very well. Say, 'Please' and then call for my donkey."

Welcome to FreeRepublic, Dude. You'll learn more here than over at DU.

At least Hillary bothered to make the visit.

Yeah, right. She wanted some cover for her upcoming trip.

She didn't do it for them. She did it for herself! She just needed a few handy soundbites and used the wounded as props. It's hard for people with serious wounds and missing limbs to escape being used.

A pox on her slithering head!

Shrub hasn't had the balls to attend a single memorial service for any of the 400 dead soldiers killed in his phony war.

Welcome to FR.

And your point is..? that the CINC should be attending funerals? That would make you happy?

but did so on her own, without any entourage and without notifying the public affairs office.

And of course she had to brag about it in her speech

Miltary hating Hillary using the troops as props in her campaign
