If the GOP can capitalize on this, they can gain in the Senate, stop the filibustering and fill the court with decent non-activist Judges.
Yup, we might have just gained a couple of senate seats in play, starting with Tom Daschle and Russ Feingold. Blanche Lincoln will vote for a marriage amendment, otherwise she'd be toast too.
