Well, well. Citigroup, what a surprise. Read the text of the Enron lawsuits detailing Citigroup's complicity in Enron's fraudulent accounting. It wasn't just a couple of rogues at Citigroup aiding the fraud, I got the impression they do this sort of thing all the time.
