Pelliciano was the P.I. of choice for all the heavy hitting lawyers in Hollyweird. He was busted some weeks back for having grenades and C-4 in his office safe. It is said that, he had illegal phone taps on most of the major players in town, and was recommended to Clinton to work as a private operative by C's buddies on the Left Coast. He is also said to have either threatened a witness in a Steven Segal lawsuit, or arranged to have it done.

Sure. Anthony Pelicano, the PI to the stars, who's in a mess of hot water over weapons & explosives charges had files seized when he was arrested that showed he had been illegally wiretapping and surveillance of the Hollyweird illiterati.

MJ, Garry Shandling, Diane Diamond, & Warren Beatty are the celebs that have publically stated they have been contacted by the police about files Pelicano had on them.

Lot of dirt in them thar files.

November 12, 2003 -- COURT TV anchor Diane Dimond, who reported on
the first days of the Michael Jackson sex case a decade ago, is the latest
to be caught up in a Hollywood phone-bugging scandal.

Dimond said yesterday that authorities have informed her that wiretaps
on her phone from 1994 are part of evidence seized by the FBI
last year from the computer of Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano.

Dimond was a reporter for "Hard Copy" in 1993 in the first days after the
story broke of a youngster accusing Jackson of sexually molesting him.

Pellicano worked for Jackson's attorney, Harold Weitzman
