First it's 200,000, then 150,000 now
ABC news radio is saying it's 70,000.
Eventually FOX will report the truth: 25,000.

Thank you. I have always wondered how many people it took to constitute a throng.
Now I know, 50,000.

Since I logged in ten minutes ago, the numbers have dropped from 200,000 to 35,000. Looking at the webcams, it looks more like a couple of thousand, and there's no way to tell how many are simply tourists and onlookers.

They didn't get half what they wanted. Looks like the average Brit gets it.

Even if it was 50,000, since when is that a massive demonstration? The last demonstration I participated in had an actual head count of over 100,000 by signature card. The liberal media on that day was, to say the least, conservative in their reports of "hundreds of protesters"; "a small number of conservative extremists", etc.

Massive (50,000) London protest targets Bush, Iraq policy On any given Sunday, there are 100 of thousands of people in stadiums across the US protesting the poor play of their football teams.
If the evil alliance of Stalinists, Watermellons and Islamonazis with tons of Sorus money, months of planning and all the free publicity the leftist media could muster can only get 50,000 people to show up, I'd say their protest is a major league flop.
Hell, more people showed in London to stare at a guy sitting in plastic box than showed for these hyped-up protests.

The Police are reporting a figure of 70K which is probably more like it.
To: Oldeconomybuyer
So that means there are at least 300 million in FAVOR of Bush.

We need just one large conservative news station rather than talk radio. JUST ONE. Bring the opposite bias out there to people can hear the correct numbers on things like this and not have to hear about "close to home" stories like we do in minnesota about the gays dueling with discrimination. It sickens me.

Well, well, well, it appears as though even in Great Britain, the Communist Front isn't nearly as big as The Guardian and the other Fleet Street hacks thought it was.
