Students threatened by Christmas? ACLU warns of lawsuit unless principal censors celebration

I would like to see the ACLU brought up on a federal RICO count. Afterall, how is the intimidation of local, usually financially straped, school districts any different than the extortion tactics of the mob? I read recently that the state of Kentucky had to pay the ACLU over $700K in fines and settlements from variuos lawsuits brought against the state.

Those pinheads don't believe in hell, so we should make their lives a living one. I'm willing to join in a class action suit against those bastards. Let's drain their funding sources dry.

It's especially interesting to me that they will use other writing by the Founders to justify separation of church and state, but if we do the same for the 2nd amendment, those writings are somehow no longer relevant.

Well I think it's darn near universal how folks feel about the ACLU. The question is: What exactly can we do to counter them or get rid of them? If we don't do something, they'll just keep chipping away until they do exactly what their founder said their goals were. And that will not be pretty. :(

If a kid feels unsafe when Silent Night or White Christmas is presented, than the child is not well. It is a family , not a school problem. Does the tyke feel insecure at his local Mall during Christmas with all the Santas, Does the Salvation Army bell lady cause sweating and palpitations. Does the child cross the street rather than walk past a neighborhood nativity scene? (sarcasm off)

Puh-lease. Kids of all faiths love Christmas. THis is lunacy. the ACLU I have given up on, but what the hell is wrong with Foxman and the ADL?

The ACLU should be outlawed, I went to school where we both Chrisitians and Jews looked forward to the holiday celebrations of Christmas and Hannukkah, we both made decorations as a Christmas tree, Dreidel, Monnorah, the star of David and of course Jesus,as gentiles and Christians we had no problem celebrating Jewish celebrations as our faith derived from Judiasm and our jewish friends wether they beleived Jesus was the Son of G-d or just a wonderful Jewish man, could embrace our holiday with the joy of giving to others and sharing friendship and love with family and friends, and we both agreed that G-d would love the fact we are celebrating that.
The ACLU well you know can go to???
