I work for a law firm, we once billed mucho $$$ over who would move a pile of dirt resulting from some excavation. (I feel I cannot say any more details). I also was forced to move from where I live due to contaminated soil (yet the trees grew, the opposums thrived), and the houses were torn down so the dirty dirt could be removed, and clean dirt substituted. But I have never heard of endangered dirt.
This proves that civilization as we have come to know it is a failure. These people are too comfortable, they have too much. They should be sent to the fields to till the soil, and not enshrine it. They should learn hunger and want, and that'll get them over themselves.
