His name is all over the place since he was in the tv special. His mothers name is quoted in nearly every paper. Why bother?

Because he's a 13 year-old boy, and we're above that. Doesn't matter how low anyone else goes.

This is the classic pedophile, hitting on kids from "fractured" or socio-economically depraved families. That was my experience when I was a detective.
