CLARK APOPLECTIC ABOUT NEW RNC AD - Calls for it's removal
FOX NEWS
Posted on 11/23/2003 4:05:41 PM PST by ODDITHER
Did anyone else catch Clark being interviewd on Fox News? He was almost hyperventalating as he called on the President and the RNC to pull the ad and not run it any more. He said "How dare they say that the candidates running for election are for terrorism."
After reading the text of the Ad, I have concluded that he must be feeling a tad guilty, because the Ad doesn't say anything about them supporting terrorism. Although it should!! Because that is what they are doing.

The Ad must be good because it's pushing all the right buttons.

Here is the ad:
http://www.rnc.org/Newsroom/Releases/nov03/IowaAds.htm RNC to Run Ads Around Democratic Presidential Debates
Washington, DC-The Republican National Committee today announced it will begin running television ads in Iowa on Sunday, November 23.
"After 10 months, Democrats running for President have coalesced around policies that are wrong for America. They unanimously oppose the President's policy of pre-emptive self-defense. They unanimously support massive tax increases. The RNC will continue to highlight the differences between the two parties on policy after policy that will provide the American people a clear choice in the next election," said Ed Gillespie, Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

"How dare they say that the candidates running for election are for terrorism."How dare Dims say that our President concocted this war as a means of making himself richer. He wasn't upset over Tubby Kennedy claimed the war was dreamt up in Texas.
Go back to your sewer, Clark!

Yes, saw him as well; there will be more to come doubt from the rest of them.
The loserwhiners know when the truth hurts; of course, it hurts even more when that truth is shared.
Perhaps the RNC could follow up with an ad; enlarging a bit on this; using their own quotes from their own diatribes.

Just keep repeating "They are not Americans, they're democrats". It explains everything!

Still wondering how Clark made General. This guy has no clue. Nobody was making that assertion, but since he brought it up it will have to be argued down by the Dems.
Pssst. General... You are supposed to put up strawmen that make the other side look bad, not yours.

I saw the advertisement.
It's not bad at all. Actually, it's very good.
Why would General Clark find fault with this ad?

Questioning patriotism? Not one thing said about patriotism. Just states the facts, and viewer can draw his own conclusion.
Wow! They're sensitive.
To: ODDITHER
You know you're right over target when you start getting a lot of flak. The RNC scores a bulls-eye with this one.
