Hey Calpernia. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I'm behind on my pings. Our trip was amazingly beautiful. We came home well rested and better attached to each other. We needed that quiet time as a family.
How are the kids?

Thanks sweetie. It is indeed appropriate. You know, the past week has been blessed. We had a friend who was taken to the hospital and she was dying. The family was all called in. Hubby and I were supporting a revival at a local church. That night everyone went to the altar and prayed for that woman. Almost to the minute she began to turn around and she is on the road to recovery. Will probably be taken out of intensive care tomorrow. Two young people were saved at the meeting also last week. Now we have another miracle. God is good.

Yes God is good and He is always faithful. The older I get the more I see Him. I love getting older for that reason (except for the round face part). LOL

I unfortunately never made it to the west end of NC. We lived on the east end when we were their. I'm jealous that you got to the mountains!

Yes, but barely did my house survive. I STILL have some messes to organize, only to have it torn into again on December the 6th. I'm a glutton for punishment.
