Just as New York City's Stonewall Riots of 1969 stirred the equal-rights movement for gays, critics of the court's ruling hope it awakens the movement to block same-sex marriage.
The Rev. Louis Sheldon of the Traditional Values Coalition in Washington predicted the ruling is such a radical example of judicial overreach that new laws prohibiting gay marriage will be passed in response.
"It's only for a few moments that (gay marriage proponents) will have the victory," he said.

Egad that's gross. Besides, immediately after the SCOTUS overruled the Taxas sodomy law, gay fascists immediately, publically stated their intention to fight for MORE rights. There intent is obvious: seperate but MORE equal, while simultaneously segregating their rarified selves from us, the unwashed, hetero, PAYING masses with special schools, camps, soccer teams etc.

Don't forget the polygamists have already launched their lawsuit, based on that SCOTUS precedent. NAMBLA is no doubt trying to build their case along with the bestialists. Heck, let's be open minded, save ourselves a lot of sore throats from strenuous argument, and give 'em ALL the right to legalized marriage.

SOME of us knew that was the intent all along, but OTHERS hoped it would gain them the right to inflict the addictive substances of their choice onto the rest of the populace, and thus fought on the side of the ideological enemy as usual. They figured if men could sodomize 12 year olds in the privacy of their own homes, they should be able to do herion, coke and ecstacy if THEY want. They'll even pay tax on it when it's legalized...at least for a few months until they can't work and have to go on welfare, SSI or steal from the rest of us to feed their habits.
