At first I thought it was a dumb outhouse joke. Thanks to CAIR I now know it was a clever put down of Islam. I'll have to start reading BC again.

I feel so sorry for the poor widdle muslims that got their widdle feelings hurt over a cute cartoon.

A cartoon with a ring of truth in it.

The people who can't tolerate ANY other religions can't take the slightest bit of critisism about their own.

For those who need some assist on 'polysemic' it is a great word to add to your vocabulary.

Since you are giving english lessons I thought you might find it interesting that 'polysemic' does not return a hit at Websters on-line dictionary.

The word should correctly be polysemous:

Main Entry:
po·ly·se·mous
Pronunciation: "pä-lE-'sE-m&s, p&-'li-s&-m&s
Function: adjective
Etymology: Late Latin polysemus, from Greek polysEmos, from poly- + sEma sign
Date: 1884
: having multiple meanings
- po·ly·se·my /-mE/ noun

I agree. It is a pretty clever jab. But, as you said, who CAIRs??? Someone has to start printing the truth about the Religion of Peace.
