Maybe the love letters were in the safe too? Jailbird make a "trade" with the authorities?

According to Nola Foulson (Wichita Ks District Attorney) who has been on Greta for the past two days stated last night that the Santa Barbara DA's office does not have any letters regardless of what Diane Diamond, her LE sources or anyone else says.

Also the video tape does not reveal emotional actions on MJ's part as the rumor was circulated. It is now being reported that the video shows MJ cool, calm, laughing with Geragos, drinking a coke, and going to the restroom a couple of times.

I am not a MJ fan, but this case is awful enough without lies being broadcast around the world. The media racing to report anything whether it is the truth or not.

I think that the whole incident was staged after the fact.

If so then why was Mark Geragos's and other attorneys for Geragos in court first thing this morning filing an injunction against Xtra Jet with Geragos included as a plaintiff. Geragos is about to get paid.

"Michael Jackson is not going to be abused. Michael Jackson is not going to be slammed, is not going to be a pinata for every person who has financial motives," Geragos said.

I somehow doubt this company is just interested in money. Some people might actually hope that once and for all someone does something about this man.

Did you see my post 37? I didn't find Malnik listed there. Is Malnik's first name Alvin? Cause I did find some interesting info on an Alvin Malnik. But not with CarCorp.

Dont try to play me.
Lies and half truths dont go over well in the realm of the vast unwashed, of which I proudly claim membership!
I am aware you spent many thousands of dollars to brainwash yourself into a belief system that defies all logic and truth.
That does not absolve you from the results in real world.

The only way to get this country back on track is for the government to prosectute lawyers that defend guilty people.

Actually, the way to get this country back on track is to overthrow the entire edifice of the law and put millions of lawyers out of work. Society has been in thrall to these blood-sucking parasites since the days of the Medicis and Henry VI.

At a minimum I want to see: no lawyers allowed to hold public office; no contingency fees; an end to class-action suits, punitive damages, and venue shopping; and loser-pays EVERY time (with the lawyer scum who brought the losing nuisance lawsuit paying half the fees and costs out of his own filthy overstuffed pocket.)

But why stop there? We should close the law schools. If there is a law that is too complicated for a high school graduate to understand, and defend pro se, then that law ought to be swept away. I'd abolish every law at every level of government, other than the Consitution of the nation and several states. Then I'd have the people elect representatives -- no lawyer filth allowed inside the doors -- to re-write every law and code anew.

All laws put together should fit in a book shorter than the Bible, that would be studied in high school and understood by every competent adult. Any new law that subsequently passed the Legislature-- again consisting only of the representatives of the people without a single lawyer allowed -- would have to be balanced by abolition of an old one so that the size and complexity of the law as a whole would remain the same.

We can reclaim our freedom if we but stand up and grasp it from the oily parasites who have trodden us down for five centuries. Let them all find honest work, or go to Hell.

The first non-violent grassroots effort to affect change is to vote NO, on every single judicial retention election, every time.

Scream it from the mountaintops!!!

How well I know!

http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/030521/40631.html

The trail shows, and the point I am making is that CARCORP is exactly like "Title Loans of America",owned by mobster Malkin, loaner to Jacko.

Is CARCORP/was CARCORP owned by the same people?

If the answer is yes, then the owners of xtrajet are jacos buddies.

Time will tell.

What dont you understand?
It will take a minimum of three election cycles to break the illegally usurped powers of the judicial branch of government.
That is our only peacefull form of redress, absent revolution, against the tyranny of a minority.
We are our government, still, maybe not for too much longer, but still it is within our power to retain the power of our representative system of government.
We still have a republic, we must keep it.

Excellent comments. It's one thing for a defense attorney to try to protect their client from being railroaded if innocent, or from getting (what they think) is an excessive sentence, but to act as though their client is innocent when they are guilty, and a two year old child would know they are guilty, has made a travesty of the "justice system".

Too bad that this problem is just not on most folks radar screen at all.

With the crazy, evil buffoonery masquerading as justice oozing from courts lately, I think (hope) it is regestering on more peoples' radar screens.

What confuses you?
If such a thing existed as a "good judge", they would have resigned from the system in protest.

Please - will you two run for office in your respective states? PLEASE - and after you win, eventually run for national office like President and VP?

People with your ideas and viewpoints should not be limited to posting on FR.

People who have seen the tape say it isn't that interesting. Jackson doesn't have a breakdown he just chats with his lawyers.
