Probably No-Longer-In-Business Airlines would be more appropriate. Nearly all people who are in a position to be chartering private jets are very sensitive about privacy, from ditzy celebrities to investment bankers and politicians. NONE of these people are going to have any interest in using a charter company which secretly taped and then tried to sell tapes of a client on board the aircraft, and explained its actions by saying "We explored the opportunity as any business person would."

XtraJet should be ashamed of themselves and I'm sure they will lose plenty of business because of this. I think it's outrageous and probably illegal.
