I wonder how many trillions of wasted dollars and millions of lost lives are attributable to "environmentalists"?

Is there any effective replacement for halon?

Are there any refrigerants (other than freon) that are non-toxic non-flammable, and as efficient as freon?

Is there any chemical which is as selectively-effective against mosquitos as DDT (i.e. that is as save as DDT at the concentrations required for killing mosquitos)?
