And if the endowment is there, at the beginning of takover distribute this wealth it among the poor. (I know free marketeers would hate it, they would rather take from the Church and the poor and give it to the rich or perverted as Henry VIII did)

The actual free-market position is that the money belongs to those who earned it.

In any event, distributing the money for projects that the congregation found worthy would reduce the church's value as a takeover target for the Left. As several other people have commented, these people are parasites. They behave just like true parasites. Other people built the physical church structure and they leech onto their labor. Other have built the church's social structure and they creep into that. Yet more built up the church's endowment and they glom onto the endowment. They are ear mites.

Hello folks. I'm hearing condemnation of the Delphi Techique in several posts. For those of you that are not familiar with Delphi, the problem is not with the Delphi technique. Delphi is simply an anonymous discussion between and among "experts" in a particular discipline who are responding to a particular question. The term "Delphi" is meant to suggest that we are seeking the wisdom of the Oracles. The posters I am concered about are talking about abuses of Delphi in which the concerns of folks are snuffed out by the pronouncements of supposed experts. That's not how it's done when it's done right.
