The CNN reporter interviewed a Time reporter who was in the room. She said there was explosive euphoria when the troops first realized he was in the room. Do you think Clinton ever got that type of reception from the troops (without threat of discipline)?

I'm glad I switched channels and saw the Time reporter.She was impressed with the reception and with the tears of Bremer and the President also.
