Has anyone seen their "30 Infraction Banning System"?

Apparently they feel some of the children have gone too far, and in true liberal fashion promise to do something REALLY horiible after 30 warnings.

(see "How we will break the culture of rule-breaking and incivility on DU"...I couldn't get it to link, but it's at the top of the forum main page at DU).

I wonder if any of the DU lurkers here know what happens when they look up the exact phrase, "Deeply saddened" on Google.com.....
