Bail was posted at $5,000, but since he is an illegal immigrant, the Immigration and Naturalization Service has ordered him held without bail.
** Good. Send him back where they know how to take care of child molesters. He'll be eating a piece of rotten bread in a dungeon in Brazil.

I suppose this case of abuse will make more news because of the sensational headline. However, how many kids are getting abused by homegrown Americans? More than are getting approached by complete strangers I'm sure of that.

``There was nothing indecent about the touching that is alleged in the police report,'' Moura said.
Ah, the Klinton Legacy rears it's head yet again in legal circles!
The "One Free Grope" defense...or is it the "Gay Marriage" defense...it is Massachusetts, one never knows!

``There was nothing indecent about the touching that is alleged in the police report,'' Moura said. Buy a clue Moura, in our nation, in our culture, one does not casually touch another's child for any reason what so ever.

I can't even begin to type the scenes of violence that run through my head imagining this scene. Andre, or his friends, better pray that they never, ever, try this with one of mine.

An alert teenage boy saved his younger brother from being sexually assaulted when a Plymouth janitor in a town-owned hall... Just doing the jobs Americans don't want to do...
It doesn't say who this clown's employer was, but if it was a town owned hall could it be he was working for them? If so, it's nice to know these local governments have no problem hiring illegal aliens or not making sure contractors don't employ them.

Good God Almighty! The Left has brought us to this. Following conviction, the perp must be destroyed, like a mad dog. All who stand in the way must also be destroyed. The murderers of childrens's souls must be annihilated. I stand ready to do what must be done. That's all.

Dias' attorney, Paulo Moura, insists his client was not inappropriate with the little boy. ``There was nothing indecent about the touching that is alleged in the police report,'' Moura said.
Hmm...was Dias' attorney, Paulo Moura, present to see what Dias was doing to the young boy? If not, then how the heck would Moura know what Dias did to the boy?
